Understanding group dynamics requires special skills that are available from many consultants. Each person in the group has a different life experience and despite those differences or maybe because of those differences people can collaborate with each other under many types of situations. When conflicts arise, they signal an alert that some changes may be necessary; embraced the conflict for that reason and support an equitable resolution for all.
